For tails, bring the end of the ribbon length up and hold at the back of the bow, making a long loop which will later be cut for tails. Insert a wire through the center loop. Bring the ends to the back, being sure to catch the ribbon end, and twist securely. Cut the tails to the desired lengths and finish the ends.
