Materials

3 inch french clip
5 inches of brown and pink striped ribbon
5 inches of brown satin ribbon
5 inches of pink satin ribbon
10 inches of 3/8-inch grosgrain ribbon in pink
10 inches of 3/8-inch grosgrain ribbon in brown
4 inches of pink satin ribbon
2 inches of brown and pink striped ribbon
wire
hot glue

Step-by-Step Instructions

	Glue 5-inch length of brown and pink striped ribbon to the barrette.
	Glue the 4-inch length of pink ribbon into a tube and tie with wire to make bow. Set aside. This will be used to top our "stack" of bows.
	Take 10-inch length of pink grosgrain ribbon and make into figure 8.
	Repeat with brown grosgrain. Glue the brown on top of the pink.
	Cut dove tail in the ends of the pieces of 5-inch length ribbons. Cross the brown satin over the pink satin, gluing on top of each other to make an X.
	Glue loops on top of X.
	Take the little pink bow you set aside and place on top of loops and X. Place the entire "stack" on top of barrette.
	Tie wire around the barrette to secure the bows.
	Take 2 inch piece of striped ribbon fold into thirds and use this to finish the center of the barrette, gluing it on around the back of the barrette.
